VR Transpoint enters into warehousing services agreement with PACCOR Finland

VR Transpoint and PACCOR Finland Oy have concluded an agreement on warehousing services.

PACCOR Finland Oy sells the warehousing operations of its Hämeenlinna factories in the current premises to VR Transpoint. The transaction includes PACCOR Finland Oy's shipping and shelving operations. The 14 staff in shipping and shelving continue working for VR Transpoint under the same terms of employment from 1 February 2012.

VR Transpoint plans to move its operations in Hämeenlinna to new premises at the turn of the year. VR Transpoint's future premises are located in the immediate vicinity of PACCOR Finland Oy's factory which is under construction.

VR Transpoint will moreover become PACCOR Finland Oy's principal partner in domestic road transports.
