First trailers to Moscow

VR Transpoint sent the first trailers by train to Moscow in mid-May. The transport mentioned above was a trial to get experiences on the functioning of the transport chain and the compatibility of Finnish wagons with Russian tractive stock.

The aim is to carry out the first commercial trailer transport before autumn. The transports are conducted with VR Transpoint's combined transports wagons. The trailers are loaded onto wagons with terminal tractors at first in Helsinki and later also in Kouvola.
