Quality management system

FTL Logistics has a quality management system certified in accordance with SFS-EN ISO 9001:2000, SFS-EN ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Operations included in the certification are inspections of the company and transport contactors, performance appraisals and active monitoring and reporting.

The quality management system helps our staff and partners secure sustainable development and continuity. Based on active training of our and partners' staff, regular audits and annual customer satisfaction surveys we constantly develop our operations towards an ever more service-orientated approach.
