We offer a nationwide transport service. Your consignment will be delivered to the consignee on the next working day following pickup.
Consignments are picked up from the consigner and delivered to the consignee on the next working day following pickup through a nationwide terminal network.
Pricing is freight bill-specific and is based on pricing zones, freight weight, a written transport agreement and additional services ordered in advance. All charges are collected from the payer of freight on a freight bill-specific basis.
Transport documents
The consigner draws up standard freight bill and address labels. The consigner is responsible for the correctness of information in the transport documents.
The carrier is entitled to correct and complete incomplete freight information and weights on the freight bill.
Placing an order
Place a transport order on the day of the pickup by 13.00.
Pickup
The consignment is picked up by 16.00. Consignments can be loaded in the immediate proximity of the vehicle with a pallet truck or the consigner can also effect the loading with a forklift truck when the pickup is conducted into a vehicle with a tail lift. The consigner shall pack and distribute the goods on pallets so that they can be handled by machine during the transport chain.
Delivery
Delivery is conducted on the next working day. Exceptions to this rule are presented in our delivery destinations list. The driver unloads the consignments in the immediate proximity of the vehicle in the presence of the consignee. Vehicles equipped with a tail lift are used to conduct the deliveries.
Consignee's signature
The consignee makes an acceptance inspection and signs the freight bill and enters a clarification of the signature.
Additional services ordered in advance and subject to a charge
Part and full load consignments are ordered on the day before the pickup by 13.00 and will be delivered to the consignee on the next working day at the latest. Pickup and delivery time and the vehicle used will be confirmed before pickup to the party placing the transport order.

If the service could not be performed normally due to a reason attributable to the consigner or the consignee, the incurred costs are charged from the payer of freight in accordance with the Freight calculation and service tariff.
