Customers gain access to our electronic services which are constantly maintained and developed to ensure maximum ease of usage. We are not, however, responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by any interruptions in use, disturbances or other errors.
We reserve the right to change, if required, our electronic services, the terms of usage and introduce service charges or other fees by notifying the customer a reasonable amount of time before the changes take effect.
As a contract customer you receive usernames and passwords for the electronic services. The use of contract customers' electronic services requires a valid transport agreement and use of freight bills with bar codes. Upon cancellation of the contractual relation the customer's usernames and passwords are deleted.
The customer is responsible for proper use of the usernames and passwords and for giving the usernames and passwords to users in its organization and for changing the passwords. If the customer suspects that the usernames and passwords have been intercepted by third parties, the customer shall immediately inform VR Transpoint.
