VR-Group Ltd adheres to Finland's Road Transport Agreement Act (Tiekuljetussopimuslaki 23.3.1979 / 345) in its road transports. No exceptions to the provisions of this Act may be made in domestic transports, unless the exceptional quality of the goods or the transport or other special circumstances make it reasonable (Section 5).
